Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To improve startability at high temperature restart time and stability of idle rotation without actuating a radiator fan when an engine is stopped. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit 20 judges that an engine is restarted at high temperature when a cooling water temperature detected by a water temperature sensor 17 is not less than a prescribed value and an intake air temperature detected by an intake air temperature sensor 13 is not less than a prescribed value, and reduces a cooling water temperature preset value to actuate a radiator fan 19 more than an ordinary preset value. Therefore, at high temperature restart time, the radiator fan 19 can be actuated even in a temperature area where the radiator fan 19 is not actuated so far. A fuel temperature in a delivery pipe 22 is lowered by its air blowing effect, and influence of vapor is eliminated in its early stages. Afterwards, when car speed becomes a prescribed value or more by considering a cooling effect by a traveling wind, or when a condition where the car speed is not less than the prescribed value passes by a prescribed time or more, the cooling water temperature preset value is restored to the ordinary preset value.
