Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a simply usable primer, comprising an atactic polypropylene and an organic solvent, capable of manifesting excellent adhesion imparting effects on a slightly bonding adherend such as a polyolefin resin and good in operating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: This primer comprises atactic polypropylene and an organic solvent (preferably toluene, cyclohexane, etc.). The content of the atactic polypropylene in the primer is preferably 1-15wt.%. An α-cyanoacrylate-based adhesive is preferred as the adhesive used after treating the adherend with the primer. Furthermore, the primer is obtained by uniformly stirring and mixing the atactic polypropylene with the organic solvent and, as necessary, various additives such as a surfactant or a colorant using, e.g. a mixer equipped with a stirring device.
