Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a method for modifying the surface of the fluororesin film to impart excellent adhesiveness to the surface, by applying a high electric voltage to the fluororesin film under specific conditions to generate corona discharge. CONSTITUTION: The method for modifying the surface of the fluororesin film comprises disposing the film of a fluororesin such as ethylene-tetrafluorethylene copolymer, polyvinyl fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroethylene copolymer, and tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer between a discharge electrode and a counter-electrode, and subsequently applying a high electric voltage having an average electrolytic strength of 40-200KV/cm, a pulse width of 1-50μmS, and a pulse frequency of 10-150pps to generate a corona discharge.
