Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To make a cutter normally retreated in a storage position and allow it to protrude to a cutting position of a wrapping tape only at the time of sealing. CONSTITUTION: When a tape sticking plate 43 is at a sticking position of a wrapping tape via a third elastic member 453, a first elastic member 445 placed between a cutter 44 and a pressing roller 45 is in a natural state free from elastic deformation, and the cutter 44 is retreated in a storage position due to force applied by a second elastic member 446 placed between the cutter 44 and a side plate 41. On the other hand, when the tape sticking plate 43 is pressed against force applied by the third elastic member 453 due to a box body which has been carried in, the first elastic member 445 is hauled, and the cutter 44 is made to protrude toward the cutting position of the wrapping tape due to force applied by the first elastic member 445 which exceeds force applied by the second elastic member 446.
