Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a waste paper processing device which does not permit leakage of secrecy and also does not decrease the value of waste paper as a recycled natural resource without shredding the fiber. CONSTITUTION:Waste paper P torn to large pieces by a tearing part 10 is guided to a processing box 31 with perforations 39 together with shower water. Next, the waste paper P is beaten to become loose by a beating arm board 41a which rotates, with the processing box 31 soaked in a water tank 61. Further, the waste paper P which is loosened by a press board 51 in the processing box 31 removed from the water tank 61 is compressed and dehydrated into a compressed mass which is, in turn, discharged outwardly.
