Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To make treating equipment small-sized and to simplify the handling of the device by adding aluminum sulfate to waste water, then adding an oil adsorbent contg. a polymer flocculant and simultaneously separating the floc of the insolubilized aluminum phosphate and oil by settling. CONSTITUTION: A raw waste water 1 contg. oil and phosphorous component is delivered to a flocculation tank 6 by a storage pump 3. An aluminum sulfate soln. injection pump 5 is driven in linkage with the storage pump 3 to inject an aluminum sulfate soln. into the flocculation tank 6 from an aluminum sulfate soln. storage tank 4. The mixture is agitated by an agitator 7 and mixed to convert the phosphorous component to aluminum phosphate, and an insolubilized floc is formed. A polymer flocculant-mixed fuller's earth is added from its adding device 10, agitated and mixed. Consequently, the flocs and oil are aggregated, and the waste water is then sent to an aggregated precipitate storage tank 11 to separate solid from liq. Consequently, the treating equipment consisting of oil treating stage and phosphorous component treating stage is dispensed with, and the consumption of aluminum sulfate is reduced to 1/4. |
