Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To fix nonwoven fabrics themselves, retain the self-supporting properties when a vegetation is a tree and enable the prevention of turning over. CONSTITUTION: A protective concrete 3 is installed through a waterproof layer 2 on the top surface of a rooftop slab 1 and frame units 4 for fringing are arranged around the protective concrete 3. Plural sheets of nonwoven fabrics 5 for vegetation are further laminated, arranged and installed in the frame units 4. The nonwoven fabrics 5 are fixed onto the protective concrete 3 with many anchor units 7, passing through the nonwoven fabrics 5, fixing the lower ends to the protective concrete 3 and having a flange part 8 provided on the surface layer of the nonwoven fabrics 5 at the top.
