METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING VOICE CONFERENCE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: To switch the incoming call of a voice conference equipment to the other voice conference equipment without disconnecting it. CONSTITUTION: A controller 110 is provided with a means for detecting the signals of a connection change request to a voice addition distributor 40d inputted from a telephone set 70 by key signals to a first voice conference equipment 90a connected to a truck line by an extension line 80a, the means for retrieving the free extension line of a connection requested second voice conference equipment 90b by a line management table 115 for indicating the using state of the extension lines, generating extension line transfer signals for switching the trunk line from the extension line 80a to the free extension line and sending them out to a private branch exchange 60 and the means for releasing the extension line 80a from the trunk line and connecting the instructed free extension line and the trunk line by the extension transfer signals.
