RELIEF PLATE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To produce respectively small quantities of a relief plate, especially a different display plate, within a short time at low cost by making the shoulder of the apex part of a relief of a relief plate obtained from a photosensitive resin board be round. CONSTITUTION: As for a relief plate made of a photosensitive resin board, relieves 1, 2 are formed on a supporting body 3 and the shoulder of the apex of each relief 1, 2 is made to be round. A coating film 4 formed on the surface of the relief plate may be a hard coating layer or if necessary, another hard coat layer 5 may be formed further on the coating film 4. A reinforcing member (a reinforcing plate) 6 is installed on the reverse side of the relief of the supporting body 3. The relieves 1, 2 on a relief plate may have different heights according to the purposes of use. A relief plate can be utilized for various purposes, and among the purposes a relief plate can be utilized rather usefully as a display plate, especially a braille display plate.
