Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively producing a specific selected plant component in a high concentration in a pure state of a low pesticide content as less as possible. SOLUTION: This method for producing a pesticide-poor concentrate of active component of a plant comprises four stages of (1) extracting a plant or its part at a pH value measured in a range of pH 3.2-9.8 with at least one polar solvent to give a first extract containing a fixed plant component, (2) bringing the first extract into contact with an adsorbent resin to adsorb the fixed plant component and to separate a solution containing an undesired plant component, a following substance and a pesticide as an effluent from the resin, (3) desorbing the fixed plant component from the resin with at least one solvent and (4) partially or completely removing the solvent to give the objective concentrate of the active component.
