Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To thin an ultrasonic motor. CONSTITUTION:This ultrasonic motor is equipped with an annular stator 4, a piezoelectric substance (not shown in the Tigure), which generates progressive vibration waves, being bonded and fixed on the stator 4, an annular rotor 5, which is welded on the stator 4 and rotates by the progressive oscillatory waves being generated by the upside of the stator 4, a disclike spring member 9, whose periphery side is mounted on the rotor 5, and an output member 11, which is mounted rotatably on the inside diameter side of the stator 4 and the rotor 5 and that on the side diameter side of the disc spring member 9.
