Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To obtain a transparent conductive film which can be suitably used for a touch panel electrode and has excellent pen sliding resistance by sequentially laminating a transparent polymer film, a transparent resin layer having suitable elastic modulus, a transparent polymer resin, a transparent inorganic thin film layer and a transparent conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: This transparent conductive film used for an input unit of a touch panel, etc., is formed by sequentially laminating a transparent polymer film 10, a transparent resin layer 20 having suitable elastic modulus, a transparent polymer film 30, a transparent inorganic thin film layer 40 and a transparent conductive layer 50. As the layer 20, a transparent conductive film having Young's modulus of 40 to 600kg/cm . As the layer 40, a transparent conductive film of silicon oxide is used. As the layer 50, a transparent conductive film of an oxide containing indium oxide as a main body is used. As the films 10, 30, polyethylene terephthalate film can be suitably used. |
