MANUFACTURE FOR CERAMICS PRODUCT AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To simplify production equipment by circulating gypsum molds formed by particular quantity, feeding a body to the adjacent gypsum mold in turn, forming the body fed to the gypsum mold, and carrying a mold product and a gypsum mold to which the body has not been fed into a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: Gypsum molds S of quantity obtained by adding 1 to the multiple of 2 are circulated by a circulating mechanism 12, and the gypsum mold S in a drying chamber 24 is self-revolved through a gypsum mold self-revolving means 22 or a supporting ring. A body P is fed to the gypsum molds S in turn by a feeding mechanism 26, and the gypsum mold S to which the body has been fed and the gypsum mold S to which the body has not been fed is made adjacent to each other. The body P fed to the gypsum mold S is roll-molded by a roll-molding machine 28. Both of the gypsum mold S with a molded product W and the gypsum mold S to which the body has not been fed are carried in the drying chamber 24, and are dried while turning them. The molded product W from the gypsum mold S conveyed to the drying chamber 24 is taken out by a taking-out mechanism 30. The body is fed to the gypsum mold S to which the body has not been fed, and it is conveyed to the empty gypsum mold S where the molded product W has been taken out without feeding it.
