Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized light-weight heating/cooling device which can be installed even to a narrow space and can efficiently make measurement and the temperature of which can be controlled with high accuracy so that the reliability of tests can be improved. CONSTITUTION: A heating/cooling device is provided with a crown chamber 4 which covers a device 3 to be measured set on an IC socket 2 provided on a test board 1 and can be removed from the board 1, heating means 5 which heats the inside of the chamber 4, cooling means 6 which cools the inside of the chamber 4, detecting means 7 which detects the temperature in the chamber 4, displaying means 8 which displays detected temperatures, and control means 9 which controls the voltage values of the heating and cooling means 5 and 6.
