STRETCH CONTROLLER FOR CELLULOSIC TEXTILE FABRIC

PURPOSE: To provide the subject apparatus capable of uniformly applying prescribed stretching through stretching rolls in an unnipping state to a cellulosic textile fabric plasticized by impregnation with a mercerizing agent without deteriorating the touch feeling. CONSTITUTION: This stretch controller for a cellulosic textile fabric is capable of feeding a cellulosic textile fabric 6 through nipping with a pair of an upper and a lower feed rolls 7a and 7b to a liquid ammonia impregnation device 1 in controlling the stretch after impregnation of the cellulosic textile fabric with the mercerizing agent, respectively independently impregnating the textile fabric through plural conveying and driving rolls 4a to 4d capable of respectively and independently controlling the driving force and the corresponding driven rolls 5a and 5d with liquid ammonia 3 in an impregnation tank 2 under a prescribed tension, then guiding the textile fabric to a stretching part 8 and carrying out the stretching treatment while controlling the driving force of stretching rolls 9a and 9b in a unnipping state so as to provide a prescribed stretch ratio as a whole.
