Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To uniformize the surface level of raw material in a furnace and to stabilize the furnace condition of the blast furnace by detecting the distributing condition and the non- uniformity of surface level of the charged raw material in the bellless blast furnace with a sounding and adjusting the opening degree of a raw material feeding speed control gate at the furnace top part based on this result. CONSTITUTION: At least four pieces of soundings 1 are arranged in the circumferential direction of peripheral part of the furnace top part in the blast furnace 6 provided with a bellless raw material charging device to measure the surface levels of the raw material 7 in the blast furnace. This measured values 1a are inputted into a circumference leveling balance arithmetic unit 2 and each measured value is comparison-calculated, and in the case of detecting the non-uniform surface level of the raw material 7, the alarm is sounded from an alarm unit 3 and also, the location and vol. of the non-uniform level part are calculated with a raw material feeding speed control gate(FCG) control device 4. An FCG opening driving device 5 is operated and the raw material charging quantity is increased in the non- uniform level part to normalize the profile of the raw material surface, and the drift of ascending gas stream in the furnace is restrained. The furnace condition of the blast furnace is stabilized and the reduction of the productivity of molten iron is prevented.
