PURPOSE: To simplify the structure and to reduce the cost by providing a first turning guide part to turn a parts holding part from the first position to the second position and a second turning guide part to return the parts holding part to the first position. CONSTITUTION: An electronic parts continuous piece 50 is moved in the direction of a sprocket 2c where a chuck 10 is located. A roller 30 for changing the position is brought into contact with a guide arc surface 61A on the inner side of a first turning part 61 on the first half of a turning part 60, and after the turning angle approaches 90 deg. and the roller for changing the position is landed on a pressing surface 63A of a press lever 63, a parts holding part 22 is forcibly positioned so as to be at the second position at the delivery position P with the turning angle of 90 deg.. After the electronic parts continuous piece 50 is delivered to the chuck 10 at the delivery position P, the turning position of the parts holding part 22 is returned so that the pallet 4 may gradually reach the original first position by a guide arc surface 62A of a second turning guide part 62 on the second half of the turning part 60.
