SAFETY MECHANISM OF WARM WATER DEVICE

PURPOSE: To ensue safety in the case of an abnormal posture being generated in a warm water device. CONSTITUTION: An overturn detecting means 20 is fitted to a warm water device with a warm water tank 12 having a water-level detecting means on-off controlling a heater, and the heater is set so that electricity can be conducted only under the state, in which a water level in the tank 12 reaches a fixed value or higher and further the overturn detecting means 20 does not detect an abnormal attitude. When the overturn detecting means 20 detects the abnormal attitude under the state, in which electricity is conducted through the heater, the heater is set so that conduction through the heater is interrupted. A buzzer giving an alarm and an abnormal indicator such as an LED lighting or flickering when the overturn detecting means 20 detects the abnormal attitude under the state, in which the water level in the tank reaches the fixed value or more, are mounted.
