Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To eliminate reaction force to a portable nozzle device from a liquid jet from a nozzle and to reduce supporting force of the portable nozzle device by an operator without using a pressurized fluid introduced from a compressor, etc., separately installed. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 24 is fitted to an operating stick part 12 with its jet hole forward, and a motor 28 is fitted to the rear end part of the operating stick part 12 to drive and rotate a rotating blade 32 of a fan 30. The fan 30 generates backward wind by the rotation of the rotating blade 32.
