Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To reduce acoustic energy loss regardless of a few number of IDTs by eliminating adverse effect onto a filter characteristic. CONSTITUTION: In the multi-transducer filter where input IDTs 41 -43 and output IDTs 51 -54 are arranged alternately, a unidirectional IDT is adopted for outermost output IDTs 51 , 54 to eliminate dissipation of acoustic energy from the IDTs 51 , 54 thereby reducing the filter loss. A symmetrical structure is adopted for an electrode pattern of the input IDTs 41 -43 to facilitate the phase matching of a surface acoustic wave in the output IDTs 51 -54 . A structure without a floating electrode to the input IDTs 41 -43 is used to realize a filter having weighted input IDTs 41 -43 .
