CONSTITUTION: A magnetoresistive chip 52 for detecting magnetism of a magnet and a retaining means 53 which is electrically connected with the magnetoresistive chip 52 and constituted of a conducting member which retains the magnetoresistive chip 52 on a substrate 31 while facing the magnet and keeping a gap are installed.
