Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To not only handle output data such as documents or the like from a host computer simply as printed matters but also to effectively utilize them further. CONSTITUTION: The output data outputtable by printing or display at a display based on the data processing of the host computer 10 are transferred to an external storage device 16 which is the subordinate of a line connected server 12 and stored. A client 25 can refer to the output data stored in the external storage device 16 by a request to the server 12. Also, they can be printed on the side of the server 12.
