PROCESS DISPLAY PANEL IN BUTT WELDING

PURPOSE:To know the process at the present point of time and to grasp the levels of the push forces in respective processes and the length of a required time by subjecting the push forces in respective processes of butt welding to pattern display in a time series manner and providing respective lighting means. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 8 is controlled to push and move a movable clamp 6 and the molten end surface of the plastic pipe 7b clamped by the movable clamp 6 is pressed to the molten end surface of the plastic pipe 7a clamped by a fixed clamp 5. A press bonding process and a process releasing push force to cool the bonded part of both pipes for a definite time are subjected to pattern display along with the push force in a time series manner and the levels of the push forces in the respective processes and the lengths of the required times in the respective processes can be grasped. A display lamp such an LED or a miniature bulb is arranged to the lines of the respective processes.
