Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a three-dimensional base isolation device which can lower the natural frequency so as to obtain sufficient base isolation effect, can effectively restrain rocking vibration of a building without necessity of a large-sized air pump and the like, and can curtail the installation space by simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: In this three-dimensional base isolation device, a base isolation means 2 performing base isolation action by elastically extending and contracting and in addition performing base isolation action by elastically displacing in the plane meeting at right angles with the extending/contracting direction, is connected to an object 6 to be isolated from vibration at one end 5 in the extending/contracting direction 3 and connected to a foundation 9 at the other end 8 in the direction 3, so that the direction 3 is slant to the vertical line, and a plurality of the means 2 are arranged around the vertical line passing the center of gravity 10 of the object 6, so that base isolation action against the object 6 in the horizontal direction A and the vertical direction B is performed by the respective base isolation means 2.
