CONSTITUTION: A rotary body 21 is arranged on one end of an output shaft 6 rotated by reciprocating or rotary motion or the like of a piston 10, and a rotary magnet 23a is arranged in an outer peripheral part of this rotary body 21, on the one hand, a fixed magnet 23b is arranged in a fixed side position opposed to this rotary magnet 23a, and a torque change relieving device 24 is constituted. Polarity of the rotary magnet 23a arranged on the rotary body 21 and polarity of the fixed magnet 23b are set in mutual like-poles so as to repulse each other or is set in mutual unlike-poles so as to attract each other.
