Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a composition capable of stably maintaining excellent vibration damping performances when used at a temperature within a range as wide as -30 to +100 deg.C. CONSTITUTION: This damping elastic body composition or a damping sheet comprises 1-98wt.% thermoplastic elastomer which is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, etc., having >=100 deg.C softening point with 1-98wt.% rubber and 1-98wt.% synthetic resin that is a polyamide or polybutylene terephthalate having 30-100 deg.C glass transition temperature and is obtained by kneading the components at a ratio so as to provide 100wt.% sum total thereof and molding the resultant kneaded mixture.
