Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To obtain an anisotropic conductive adhesive film containing a polyimide resin specific in solubility in a prescribed solvent as an adhesive component, capable of being peeled with a solvent capable of being safely used for human bodies and environments, and high in electric connection reliability against changes in temperatures in an usage temperature region. CONSTITUTION: In a film comprising a conductive adhesive and particles (e.g. gold-plated resin particles) dispersed in the adhesive, a polyimide resin having a solubility of at least 5g in 100g of an aprotic polar organic solvent, preferably a polyimide resin having structural units of the formula (n is 10-1000; R1 is 2-12C alkyl; R2 is 2-12C alkyl or alicyclic group such as methylene dicyclohexane or isophorone), as the adhesive component. For example, the resin is preferably obtained by reacting a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with a diamine at the ordinary temperature and subsequently subjecting the obtained polyamic acid to a dehydrative ring-closing reaction at a high temperature. |
