Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a surface mount component wherein the form is hard to roll at the time of mounting and the manufacturing cost also is reduced, in a surface mount component which is used in various kinds of electronic apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A leadless tubular electronic component 1 is provided with electrode caps 2 on both ends. Planar electrodes 4 are fixed on plane parts of the electrode caps 2 on both ends and partly bent so as to constitute the same plane. By this constitution, the flat electrodes are used as the mounting surface, so that a form which is hard to roll at the time of mounting can be obtained.
