PACKING BASE PAPER UNREEL STAND

PURPOSE: To provide an unreel stand for packing base paper, by which the work to replace a used internal packing paper with a new packing base paper can be safely performed by one worker in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A temporary storage station 11 for a packing base paper to be used next, a base paper letting off station 12 which rotatably and axially supports a packing base paper being used now, and a base paper-taking out station 13 being equipped with a base paper receiving table 14 to hold the packing base paper used up are serially arranged. Then, between the base paper temporary storage station 11 and the base paper-letting off station 12, a rotary transfer device 15 which transfers the packing base paper to be used next from the base paper temporary storage station 11, and a packing base paper-transfer device 16 which receives the transferred packing base paper to be used next, transfers it to the base paper-letting off station 12, and transfers the packing base paper used up on the base paper-letting off station 12 to the base paper-receiving table 14 of the base paper-taking out station 13 are arranged.
