CONSTITUTION: A liquid receptacle 5 which contains a liquid, a pump 6 to apply the liquid in the liquid receptacle to a board, a brush-like tool 7 which brushes past a writing face 3S, and a switch SW which rotates the board and operates the pump 5, are provided in a frame which supports the board having the writing face 3S in a rotatable manner.
