Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To connect the tail end part of a slip sheet supplied from the preceding slip sheet roll with the slip sheet supplied from the succeeding slip sheet roll between coiled metallic strip layers in a high workability. CONSTITUTION: The tip end part of the succeeding slip sheet 24B is superposed with preceding slip sheet 24A through electrostatic attraction by using a electrostatic charging device 12. The preceding slip sheet 24A is cut off with a cutter 13 and at the same time, a reel 25 of the succeeding slip sheet roll 2 is autorotated, and the succeeding slip sheet 2 is integrally connected by the electrostatic attraction on the rear surface of the preceding slip sheet 3 and advanced to insert the slip sheet between the coiled metallic strip layers.
