SWITCH

PURPOSE:To avoid assembling defective of an operation knob which is rotated for operation. CONSTITUTION:A switch 10 comprises an operation knob 102 operated for operation which is pivotally supported by a rotary shaft 16, and this rotary shaft 16 is formed having a width across flat 20 in the vertical direction (in an engagement direction in which a knob support body 14 is engaged in a lower end aperture of the operation knob 102). This rotary shaft 16 pivotally supports the operation knob 102 at an arc-shaped part of the rotary shaft 16 corresponding to a range surrounded by the width across flat 20, so the operation knob 102 can be pivotally supported to be rotatable without troubles. In pushing the operation knob 102 in to deflect a rotary shaft hole 108 to the rotary shaft 16 along an arrow A, an aperture angular part of the rotary shaft hole 108 is just slides with a forward end angular part of the rotary shaft 16 at the width across flat 20 of the rotary shaft 16.
