CONSTITUTION: The roof 20 of a building 1 consists of a toplight portion 22 and an outer periphery roof 21. A truss member 6 to support the toplight portion 22 is mounted on a supporting member 17 to support the outer periphery roof 21. The toplight portion 22 is provided with a ventilation window 32 and a lighting aluminum sash 31. The heat collecting portion S of the roof 20 is in a double structure so that warm air in its space is collected by a heat collecting duct 50 provided in the toplight portion 22 to use heat energy for heating and hot-water supply.
