SOLUTION: A device for moving sheets of paper or other base materials 20 includes a base member 10, a driver for moving the base member 10 to first and second directions with vibration, a plurality of deformable ratchet 5 fixed to the base member 10. The ratchet 5 feeds the sheets of paper 20 to the direction perpendicular to the direction of vibration of the base member 10 with the vibration of the base member 10. A plurality of base member and driver can be provided for moving the base materials 20 in all directions.
