DELIVERING METHOD OF AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSE

PURPOSE: To prevent a line stop by an absence of stock by continuously delivering raw materials or parts to a through automatic production line operated day and night in an unmanned system by a CIM. CONSTITUTION: In a delivering method of an automatic warehouse to deliver raw materials or parts to a delivery demand from a central CPU by dividing shelves to store them into plural groups, a group member treating plural shelves to store the same product number as a single group is given to the plural groups when the raw materials or the parts are housed. When a delivery command equivalent to the appointed day is received from the central CPU, shelves to successively deliver them by a quantity necessary on the appointed day when shelves of the same group number become empty, are switched to/from each other in synchronism with a work schedule, and the raw materials or the parts are continuously delivered. When an empty shelf is produced in the shelves to store the same product number, the groups are reorganized.
