AUTOMATIC WASHING, CLEANING AND DRYING OF COOKING PAN AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To perform labor-saving of a series of processes and to keep hygienic condition by washing and cleaning a cooking pan after use while rotation and vibration are given to a cleaning brush and a spraying nozzle, and then drying the face to be cleaned by ejected air. CONSTITUTION: A cook places a dirty cooking pan P after use on a pan receiving stage and sets a cover and the dirty face of the cooking pan is brushed while a cleaning brush 3 is rotated, and in addition, cleaning is efficiently performed by vibration caused by up and down movement of the cleaning brush 3. During vibrational movement of the cleaning brush 3, depending on the condition of the dirty face, compressed air and water or compressed air and hot water or water or hot water alone are sprayed from a spray nozzle 5 intermittently or for a definite time to the dirty face of the cooking pan P to perform cleaning. Then, the cleaned face is dryed by hot air ejection to complete a drying process. These movements are controlled by a program in which an optimum time is set in a computor in a control apparatus 18. It is possible thereby to perform labor-saving of manual cleaning work.
