CONSTITUTION: This circulating hot-bathing tool 3 is provided with a bathtub 1 wherein bath water 2 is stored, a heater 5 for heating the bath water 2, an electrolytic cell 9 for forming acidic water and alkaline water by electrolyze the bath water 2, a filter tank 13 for circulating and filtering the acidic water and a neutralizing apparatus 19 for neutralize the alkaline water and a circulation pump 6 for sucking the bath water 2 from the bathtub 1 and sending it to the electrolytic cell 9 and returning the acidic water formed in the electrolytic cell 9 into the bathtub 1 through the filter tank 13 to complete circulation and neutralizing the alkaline water formed in the electrolytic tank 9 in the neutralizing apparatus 19 and returning it into the bathtub 1, is provided.
