Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To simplify structure and reduce weight by arranging a vinyl resin sheet to which weights are attached in the periphery of a large umbrella whose handle is fixed so as to be capable of universally attaching and detaching to a fixing stand attached to a top plate of a outdoor board, and mooring to a side wall of the outdoor board with mooring strings. CONSTITUTION: A large umbrella 2 formed by remodeling a commercially available parasol has a canopy 2a, a handle 2b, and skeletons 2h. A vinyl resin sheet 4 in which weights 5 are fixed to the lower periphery is attached to hooks in the periphery of the canopy 2a, and bonded to the whole periphery of the side surface of an outdoor board 1 with magic tape 9. The other end of each of a plurality of mooring strings 6 whose one end is fixed to the skeleton 2h is moored to the side wall of the board 1. A lower pipe 2d cut from the handle 2b is vertically fixed to a fixing stand 3 comprising a T-shaped piece 3a and a magnet 3b fixed to the edge of the piece 3a, and sucked to a top plate 1c of the board 1 made of steel. An upper pipe 2c of the handle 2b is coupled to the lower pipe 2d with a coupling piece. This structure is firm, and transportation, assembly and disassembly are easily made by one person, and manufacturing cost is low.
