Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To eliminate any necessity of a complicated ginbal mechanism so as to perform accurate guidance without any erroneous action by controlling read-out of data from a galvano-mirror, a polygon mirror, and a memory circuit which are scanners in an image pickup part without mounted on the ginbal of the image pickup part. CONSTITUTION: When flight of a flying object 21 is started, visual sight in the flying direction is secured by an objective lens 22 for combinedly used as a dome and this passes through a relay lens 23 so as to be parallel incident on a galvano-mirror 24. As for the visual light which is incident on the mirror 24, only the part where a necessary target is positioned among the vertical visual sight angle is scanned by strap calculation of a strap calculation circuit 30. Secondarily, it is incident on a polygon mirror 25, is incident on a radar 27 via an image formation lens 26, and an image signal is generated. The image signal is stored in a memory circuit 28, the image data of a part where a necessary target is positioned among the lateral visual sight is read by the circuit 30 and the image specified its visual sight in the vertical and lateral direction is provided.
