PLATE MATERIAL SUPPLIER DEVICE

PURPOSE: To improve a manner of taking out a plate material by sucking sheet by sheet a plate material supplied to the next process from a plate material loading part of mix loading the plate material of different dimension by a plate material loader provided with a plurality of sucker pads, and selectively driving the sucker pad in accordance with a result of detecting a step difference between the first/second sheets. CONSTITUTION: A plate material device part C of mix loading a plate material W of different dimension is provided, also to provide a plate material loader D having a plurality of sucker pads to suck the plate material sheet by sheet supplied to the next process from a plate material loading part C. A step difference detecting means B of detecting a step difference between the first/second sheets of the plate material W is provided, to recognize the plate material dimension in accordance with this detecting result, to select the sucker pad necessary for the plate material loader D, and to drive this sucker pad. The step difference detecting means B is constituted of a position change roller 31 position changeable in a step difference position of a plate material surface and of a step difference detecting sensor 41 of detecting a position change of this roller 31, and the position change roller 31 is guided in an orthogonal attitude relating to the plate material surface by a guide roller 30.
