LIFTER FOR HANDLING DISTRIBUTION PANEL DEVICE

PURPOSE: To easily perform the installation and the removal of a power device by moving the load-carrying platform of a lifter left and right and up and down with respect to a moving carriage by handle operation. CONSTITUTION: A lifter 5 is provided with a movable carriage 6 with casters which travels on the floor surface and an elevator mechanism comprising a load-carrying platform 7 moving up and don along support rail 6a in a vertical direction, an elevating handle 8, a cable 9 and pulley 10. Also, an adapter 11 with a wheel which is mounted on the load-carrying platform 7 to move in the front and rear direction is provided. A hardware 11a connected to the main body of a breaker 3 is provided at the tip of the adapter 11. In the lifter 5, further a left and right movement adjusting mechanism 12 with respect to the load-carrying platform 7, a pantagraph type parallel link mechanism 13 for interconnecting the load-carrying platform 7 and the adapter 11 and a lever type operation lever 14 for drawing out a device are provided. The load-carrying platform 7 is moved left and right by an adjusting handle 12a. Thereby, a power device is easily installed into a distribution panel and removed thereform.
