Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To eliminate inconvenience due to the sudden disconnection of a power supply by preliminarily giving the alarm before a breaker for wiring is disconnected so as to know the disconnection of a power supply before it happens. CONSTITUTION: A breaker 25 with an overcurrent and a leak pre-alarms having a trip mechanism part 49 is provided between a breaker for respective branch circuits connected to a plurality of load-side circuits and a power supply-side circuit. In the breaker 25 with an overcurrent and a leak pre-alarms, a leak relay 55 and an overcurrent relay 63 are provided which have alarm signal contacts 67a, 67b from which a preliminary alarm signal is taken out before the trip mechanism part 49 is operated.
