Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide an A/D converter capable of canceling offset by simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: A comb filter 5 is constituted of a differentiation circuit composed of a RAM 21 and subtractors 22 and 23 and an integration circuit composed of registers 24 and 25 and an adder and computes and outputs the moving average of bit string data oversampled by a ΔΣ modulation circuit 4 and quantized to one bit. Based on data for which a reference voltage Vref is oversampled, the offset data of the AE modulation circuit 4 outputted through the comb filter 5 and an FIR filter 6 are stored as the initial value of the integration circuit in the register 25 for constituting the integration circuit at the final stage of the comb filter 5.
