CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PART

PURPOSE: To provide a highly reliable ceramic electronic part on which the influence of thermal stress and the mechanical stress applied to the ceramic electronic part can be reduced and the generation of cracks on a ceramic sintered body can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: The external electrode 13a of a laminated capacitor 10 is composed of the first electrode layer 14a, consisting of a conductive paste baked layer, and the laminate structure consisting of the second electrode layer 15a and the third electrode layer 16a to be formed on the surface of the first electrode layer 14a. The tip part of the external electrode extending to the surface of a ceramic sintered body 11, especially on the lower surface, is covered by an epoxy resin layer 17. A soldering layer 18a does not adhere to the epoxy resin layer 17, and it is melted and connected to the exposed surface of the third electrode layer 13a and a wiring electrode 101.
