Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a trouble due to the increment of communication load and to improve reliability by allowing a multiplex transmission load controlling terminal itself to judge the operation state of a load equipment, and when the operation state exceeds a prescribed level, outputting preliminary alarm information or emergency stop for the load equipment without passing a load controller. CONSTITUTION:The multiplex transmission load controlling terminal equipment 1 is provided with a signal processing part 2 including a CPU 2a and an alarm data setting memory 2b, a multiplex transmission controlling part 3 for transmitting/receiving a multiplex signal to/from a load controller, and an I/O part 4 connecting the load equipment 6 to an alarm means 8, the memory 2b stores the data of a preliminary alarm level and an alarm level and the signal processing part 2 judges the state of the equipment 6, and when the state arrives at the preliminary alarm level, informs the load controller of the preliminary alarm.
