DISK PLAYER

PURPOSE: To reduce the influence of vibration, etc., to a cassette holder (hereafter called as a holder) even though the external disturbance such as impact, etc., is exerted on a player main body of the disk player. CONSTITUTION: The main body 1 of player is constituted of a casing 10 incorporated with a mechanical chassis 31, etc., supporting the holder 36 so as freely to open/close and a cover 20 for making the holder 36 open at the time of opening operation while being supported so as freely to open/close against the casing 10. A pair of linked opening/closing mechanisms 40, 40 for opening/ closing the holder 36 by engaging with or separating from each pawl part 36b projectingly provided at both sides of the holder 36 at the time of opening/ closing operation of the cover 20 is provided between the casing 10 and the cover 20. Each linked opening/closing mechanism 40 is constituted of a guide 41 integrally projected from a base chassis 12 of the casing 10, an arm 42 sliding along each pin 43 erected at the side of cover 20 and engaging with or separating from each pawl part 36b of the holder 36 by the guide 41, and a compression coil spring 44 for pressing the arm 42 to the side of guide 41.
