Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To easily and exactly find the center of a circle under inspection existing even in the place hardly approachable by a worker. CONSTITUTION: At near the center of a body under inspection having an inspecting circle, a center pin is tentatively placed by making use of screw holes of eyebolts. To this center pin, a transparent dial plate 16 formed out of concentric divisions 17 and radial position detection holes 16b penetrating the plate is fixed. And a rotation arm 19 rotating around the center pin is fixed to the center pin and rotated 360 degrees with a handling rod 20. The shift of the inspecting circle seen in the position detection holes 16b and the divisions 17 is read with a camera 18a at 8 circumferential locations. By this, the eccentricity and eccentric direction to the center pin are judged and the exact center of the circle can be confirmed.
