CONSTITUTION: The confluent discharging side passage 24 of a discharging passage 23 which is communicated with each cylinder 21 through a discharging valve body, and the confluent suction side passage 25 of each suction passage 22 which is communicated with each cylinder 21 through a suction valve body 4, are provided on a pump housing 2, a bypass passage 26 is provided between the confluent discharging side passage 24 and the confluent suction side passage 25, a safety valve 6 for setting liquid pressure in the confluent discharging side passage 24 is housed in the bypass passage 26 so as to eliminate the valve housing of a prior safety valve and an excess hose.
