PIPE BURYING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To miniaturize a driving device including a push plate for pushing a casing and a buried pipe receiving plate for receiving a buried pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a pipe burying device constituted of a push plate 2 provided along a guide member so that it is capable of moving front and rear, a driving cylinder device 3 for pushing and moving the push plate 2, a buried pipe receiving plate 6 connected to the front side of the push plate 2 through the push plate 2 and an adjusting cylinder device and receiving the basic end of a buried pipe 7 and a casing 4 connecting a pilot pipe to the front end, provided to the inside of the burying pipe 7, the adjusting cylinder device for connecting the push plate 2 and buried pipe receiving plate 6 is such that a piston rod thereof is connected to the buried pipe receiving plate side. The cylinder section is so supported on the push plate 2 side that the rear end thereof is positioned to the rear side from the front side end face of the push plate 2.
