FORMWORK MEMBER MADE OF CORRUGATED FIBERBOARD

PURPOSE: To secure the strength, the waterproof property, the separating property, the repeating service property, and a low cost, by housing a corrugated fiberboard in a bag made of a resin film, in the sealed condition, degassing the inside of the bag, and using it to a molding box member for the concrete foundation of a wooden house construction work. CONSTITUTION: A corrugated fiberboard 1 with a short size in the width direction, and a long size in the longitudinal direction, is housed in the sealed condition, in a bag 2 made of a resin film, the inside of the bag 2 is degassed, and the corrugated fiberboard 1 and the bag 2 are adhered closely. As a favorable mode in particular in this case, a film is formed by an inflation method, a sanpping diameter a little wider than the width of the corrugated fiberboard 1 is given, and a bag 2 made of a film consisting of a heat sealing type resin at the inner side is used. Furthermore, the corrugated fiberboard 1 is housed in the bag 2 and degassed and sealed. Then, a water hardening material such as a concrete or a mortar is placed in the molding box 3 made of the corrugated fiberboard, and it is used as a molding box member for the foundation work of wooden house, which may be a relatively low strength of molding box member in particular.
